Facilities Inventory

The Facilities Inventory group is responsible for maintaining, integrating and reporting on all campus space and space allocation. We utilize an enterprise application by FM Systems to integrate our CADD drawings with our space management data, as well as collect, manage and display space information to the UNT comunity via the web.

    Select the appropriate form for your Division. The Provost will have a third certification signature on their forms. All other divisions will use the standard Space Survey Certification Form.
