Work Control

This area is the principle contact and liaison between Facilities and campus customers who request everything from emergency repairs to minor maintenance.

Work Control receives all trouble calls and dispatches Facilities personnel to remedy any problems reported. To request services or obtain information, contact us at:

Work orders are then created and transferred to the appropriate work group for action. Direct all work status or billing questions to work control.

Work control receives all elevator emergency phone calls between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm. Elevator maintenance and repair is conducted via contract.
